  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 sweet apples
  • 225g seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 225 chopped, toasted walnuts
  • Lettuce

Vegan Waldorf Salad Method

Waldorf salad is a delicious salad with nuts and fruit, providing a crisp, crunchy and creamy taste explosion for your mouth. 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise,  lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Core your apples and chop them into small chunks. 

Thinly slice your celery.

Cut the grapes in halves. 

Add the apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts into your prepared dressing of vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  

Stir well to ensure the ingredients are well coated in the dressing. 

Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce and enjoy.
