- 2 large ciabatta breads (we used Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference)
- 3 tbs of Flora Light
- Aprox 4 cloves of garlic (according to personal taste – we like it very garlicky so we used LOTS)
- 3 tsp of dried parsley
- Garlic press
- Vegetable knife
- Bread knife
- Chopping board
- Large oven tray
Homemade Vegan Garlic Bread Method
To create your very own quick and easy homemade vegan garlic bread just follow the method below…
Peel the garlic cloves and remove the hard ends. Use the garlic press to crush the cloves.
Place the Flora and the crushed garlic on the chopping board. Sprinkle the parsley over the top. Use a knife or spatula to fold the garlic and parsley into the Flora. Repeat until evenly mixed.
Use a bread knife to cut the ciabattas in half longways. Place the ciabattas onto a large baking tray. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto the four slices of ciabatta.
Place in the oven at 200 degrees / gas mark 6 and bake until the ‘butter’ is melted, for around 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
